March 2025 – Las Vegas, NV

Army of the Tread has progressed to the next stage of Moody’s Second Party Opinion (SPO) review for its Green Bond Framework, moving closer to securing an independent sustainability assessment ahead of its planned $25M+ Green Bond Raise. The SPO process evaluates the environmental and social integrity of the company’s proposed bond issuance, providing investors with third-party validation of its impact claims.

Advancement in the review process reflects the strength of Army of the Tread’s project pipeline, financing strategy, and alignment with global green finance standards such as the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) Green Bond Principles.

“The SPO review is not just a procedural step — it’s a signal to the investment community that our projects meet rigorous sustainability criteria,” said Ron Jones, Founder & CEO of Army of the Tread. “Every step forward brings us closer to delivering high-quality, high-impact EV infrastructure with the transparency that institutional investors expect.”

The Moody’s SPO will play a central role in Army of the Tread’s investor outreach, helping to build confidence among potential underwriting partners and capital providers. It will also support the company’s eligibility for public-sector funding programs, including those under the federal National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) initiative.

Upon completion, the SPO results will be publicly released, marking a key milestone in the company’s 2025 financing plan and setting the stage for bond marketing and placement activities.
