November 2024 – Las Vegas, NV

Army of the Tread (AOTT) is finalizing its 2025 Investor Roadmap, with a strategic focus on launching its Green Bond Raise to fund the company’s nationwide EV charging hub expansion. The roadmap outlines key milestones for the coming year, including capital acquisition, project development timelines, and policy-aligned infrastructure initiatives.

The planned Green Bond Raise will finance the buildout of high-capacity charging hubs in priority locations, starting with the flagship N. Tenaya site in Las Vegas. Subsequent phases will extend to additional Nevada corridor locations, including I-15/St. Rose Parkway and I-15 Primm, with further expansion into high-demand markets nationwide.

“Our 2025 roadmap is built around an investment strategy that balances speed, scale, and sustainability,” said Ron Jones, Founder & CEO of Army of the Tread. “By structuring a Green Bond offering, we’re positioning ourselves to attract institutional capital while reinforcing our commitment to measurable environmental impact.”

The roadmap also emphasizes alignment with federal and state EV infrastructure programs, enabling AOTT to leverage potential public funding sources — such as the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program — alongside private investment. This blended financing approach is designed to accelerate deployment timelines and maximize investor returns.

With preparations well underway, AOTT plans to begin engaging targeted investors and financial institutions in early 2025, supported by third-party sustainability validation and a clear long-term growth strategy.
